Zombie Aliens is a UK-based independent clothing brand. All products are made to order and fulfilled exclusively for customers within the United Kingdom, United States and Canada (for now).

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received.
Orders may be cancelled only if requested before the order has been accepted and entered into the fulfilment process. Once your order is being fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
We accept major debit and credit cards as well as other payment methods supported by our checkout provider.

Orders are made to order and processing times vary. Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by postal delays or fulfilment demand. Tracking information will be provided where available.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns or offer refunds in the case of:
- Items that are defective or damaged
- Incorrect items received
You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the problem.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
