Welcome to the invasion. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed through zombiealiens.store.
We are a UK-based brand — now shipping to:

📦 Fulfilment & Processing Times
All Zombie Aliens products are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and keep our operations more sustainable (even zombies like to be planet-friendly).
- Fulfilment time: Once fulfilled, your item will be shipped from the nearest available production facility
- Dispatch: Items are shipped from the nearest available facility (UK, Europe, USA, or Canada)
Note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales, product launches), fulfilment may take a little longer.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
Once fulfilled and dispatched, estimated delivery is usually:
UK Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days
USA Standard Shipping 3-6 Business Days
Canada Standard Shipping 5-10 Business Days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, local courier issues, or external factors like severe weather.
Hoodies – UK Orders
Please note: due to the embroidered front logo, some hoodie orders may be fulfilled at a centre outside of the UK. This can extend the usual fulfilment and delivery times.
We typically expect delivery within 2 weeks of ordering, but please allow a little longer just in case.

💰 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Occasionally, we run free shipping promos — follow us on socials to stay updated.
📦 Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because we ship from multiple fulfilment locations based on product availability and destination.
❗ Delays & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your package is delayed, we recommend allowing:
- UK: 10 business days
- USA & Canada: 15 business days
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within that timeframe, email us at info@zombiealiens.store and we’ll investigate with our fulfilment partner.
📬 Incorrect Address Policy
It’s your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. If your item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
- Include your order number and any supporting photos (if applicable)
We’ll work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement where eligible.
