At Zombie Aliens, each item is made to order — just for you. That means every shirt is freshly conjured from the depths of the galaxy (and not pulled from a warehouse). Because of this, we have a few guidelines around returns and refunds to keep things running smoothly.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
As every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or size exchanges unless your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
Please double-check the size guide before purchasing — it’s the best way to avoid any intergalactic disappointment.
💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If something’s not right, we’ve got your back.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem
We’ll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
⏱️ Processing Claims
Once we receive your report, we’ll aim to respond within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
🚫 Returns We Cannot Accept
We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size
The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
It’s been more than 7 days since your order was delivered
